Northgate HR launches new flexible benefits offering
Northgate HR, the UK’s largest supplier of HR and payroll software, today announced the release of a new version of its flexible benefits application, My Choice.
My Choice integrates dynamically with existing HR systems, automates benefits administration and reinforces Northgate HR’s strategy to develop best-of-breed report writing tools. Organisations will now be able to complete detailed analyses of their flexible benefits programmes using powerful management reporting to better examine the value of their
compensation strategy. Developed using Java, My Choice can be tailored to meet customers needs and can integrate with customers’ existing business applications more easily.
In response to customer demand, the user interface has been redesigned to make it more intuitive and easier to use. One of the benefits of this is that it minimises training requirements for those organisations whose employees are not PC-based.
