NorthgateArinso have over 30 years experience in developing, supporting and implementing pensions administration software. Over that time we have developed and refined a range of services to assist our customers maximise the benefits and effectiveness of their pensions software. Amongst these services are

  • Full project management, our own methodology that can link to Prince2 etc.

  • Proven system installation and implementation – consistently to cost and time

  • Provision and installation of annual upgrades for legislation and improvements

  • Scheme and implementation specific support

  • System hosting, pensioner payroll processing and back up facilities

  • Onsite and remote access support

  • Regular reviews with other clients and a user group to plan enhancements to software and services

  • Business Processing Consultancy to re-engineer existing processes and build work flow solutions

  • Assistance with generating letters and reports
